Here are some more interior photos for @hobo & @JenW

Quality of the photos are pretty average unfortunately.

    Kitchen

I had some stainless steel laser cut to create a wine rack in the old fireplace.

    Laundry

    Ensuite

It has a walk in robe off to the right.

Im not sure how it will actually function but I like it.

Brilliant. If you need a referral for a great agent when it comes time to sell I am happy to point you in the right direction.

I'll definitely be having a sticky beak that's for sure :)

Wow!! Looks fantastic, well done. I hope the sale goes well! Great spot.

I purchased in Bassendean on other side of Guildford Road 3 years ago at close to Perth peak and value of property is up around 5% during the Perth downturn.

Bassendean is looking fantastic and I think it will continue.

mate, looks absolutely brilliant. I love the Bassendean area as well.. had a good look around there for something when buying my PPOR, unfortunately couldn't find anything in my price and requirements.

Best of luck with the sale, shouldn't be on the market long i don't think!

That is an amazing transformation. It looks like you've doubled the footprint and made a silk purse from a sow's ear. Well done.

And there is no such thing as "too many before and after photos". I love them.

We painted an IP the same colours as you have used. I think it looks stunning, hubby less so and our (adult) oldest son thinks it is horrible. His opinion is that we are alienating half the pool of buyers with such a polarising choice (but I still love it - and we are not selling it anyway).

    Fireplace looks great!
Did you do the paving out front yourself? (Of course.)

Great work @Eusoc! I know you mentioned it probabaly took 3 years off in your life expectancy but would you do another reno of this magnitute again? I know for me the reno work in 2015 turned me off major renos and I said to myself I'll never do another one for a while.

    Hey Guys,

Couple more photos after having the floors polished over the weekend.

Photos are a little blurry again  Sorry!

    2016-11-28 17.52.20.jpg 2016-11-28 17.52.33.jpg 2016-11-28 17.52.43.jpg 2016-11-28 17.52.56.jpg

Thanks @LifesGood, we have spoken to a couple of agents so far with 1 appraisal to go. If we decide to continue our quest for the right agent I will be in touch;)!!

@wylie, it is a bold contrast to the rest of the street but negative feedback is still nil at this stage (not that I would care). We painted the house these colours simply because it was what we liked and I think it looks great. Plus, its just paint!:)

@jins13, If I were to devote that much personal time and effort to a project again it would be my PPOR. Money/time not being a factor. I certainly wouldn't go to this extent for a profit:confused:.

@WattleIdo, The building company I work for has been using this paver for along time. He is an incredible tradesman.

We were hoping to have it on the market this side of Christmas but may have missed that boat.

I dropped by to the home open on my way to Ross's. It is stunning. The photos do not do it justice. On my phone tee kitchen looks blue but it's really a very nice grey. The whole colour scheme works really well and the house has a really nice open feel. There were loads of people at the home open busily chatting away about how great the place looks. I have not seen buzz like that at a home open for years!

Fantastic job @Eusoc and your dad. :)
