Nothing wrong being average. I love being average :p this might sound completely silly but I always thought that I am average. Only thing that separates me from other average people is hard work ethic. I work extremely hard.

I am not the most intelligent person, but I excelled at school because I studied hard. Same applies to my university years. After year and half in Uni I landed a full time job in the field that I studied. That gave me advantage over the other uni leavers when fighting a good jobs after uni. And I have not stop working since :p hard work guaranteed me promotions with the bigger paycheque.

On the top of full time jobs with a lot of overtime Hubby and I have been renovating IPs
All the hard work over these years has paid off and we have really wonderful, comfortable life. But still the average we are not billionaires :D

I would say that we are not exceptional. The most if the people in this forum are hard working and that's the large part of everyone's success. Also we are just average when compared to all other regulars in this forum:)

I think you're a lot further from average than you realise :)

    I'm below par.

No need to sugar coat it, it's a fact.

It's part of my self-effacing nature.

Now I feel like doing some doughnuts!
