    Got the same invitation, signed up for the one week trial this morning.

    Same as the free data ... Except for giving a range on the properties value ... It tells you to the nearest DOLLAR.

    Honestly, if anybody believes those kind of precise values, they deserve to pay the subscription fee.

    @VB King I regard it as additional data apart from Residex report. It's useful if you want to see the sales history and other properties previously sold. It should never be taken as a final value.

    Agree - the neatness of such a precise looking estimate implies more credibility than it deserves - if my point didn't come across more clearly.

    There is lots more to be done to get your own accurate feel for a value. I'm not sure how much extra value a number gives compared to a range in that context.

    How do people find using this compared with other databases such as PriceFinder?
