    Just to make sure everyone is aware how much 1.5 Billion is right? 1,500 Million!!!

    That is enough to transform 2760, 2770 and all the postcodes around there. Its a huge sum of money. Add to that the major transport hub St Marys is going to be which is entirely a different parcel of money and works related to the airport etc...

    Trust me when I say there is only 1 direction these areas are all heading and that's UP and UP. You'll look back in 5-10 years from now and the beauty of hindsight you'll chuckle at the prices today.

    I can see the EXACT same scenario playing out again when I first started investing in all these areas.

    The goverment said it, so it must be true.
    And of course those links no longer exist.

    What they probably didn't say is that it's over 50 yrs, which ends up being 75.

    As for growth, the seeds have been sown and a few days of sun after the rain will see significant growth in the next few weeks.
