Property investing and development are two passions and we do things differently.

First and foremost we invest in and develop our own properties which is where we make our money. Investing and developing is fun and we don't see it as work.

We also have a buyer's agency and development consultancy where we help people with strategy, buying and developing.

We find properties for investors, developers, home buyers, SMSF’s, local people, interstate/overseas people.

Our aim is to find the best property available. So we don’t just pick out a few and choose from them. We usually check every single property that fits the strategy and budget. Then choose the best few to check further. And if they are not right, think again. That is what differentiates us.

We also know what is happening in Perth and what the likely effect of changes, trends, infrastructure, zoning and so many more things will be.

We use this critical information to select areas with strong growth drivers that are likely to outperform the market.

We also find properties for people to develop and help them develop, if needed. We occasionally help people sell their properties or we pair them with a good agent.

A bit of background
For many years my partner, Trevor Dunkley and I have been building a property portfolio and developing properties and both pursuits have been very kind to us.

In 2000, after a fun and successful corporate career in consumer goods marketing/general management, property investment and some rewarding small business ventures, we looked for help to find the right properties in Perth. We were new to Perth and too busy to get to know the dynamics of Perth property. There was no unbiased and knowledgeable help to be found.

This led to us firstly beating the streets, the phone, the web and crunching the numbers to gain the knowledge we wanted and securing our initial properties in Perth. Then starting Property Wizards buyer’s agency in 2004, to help others buy the right properties at the lowest possible price to build their own portfolio. As pioneers in the Perth buyer’s agent industry we have been fortunate to assist many hundreds of people do this.
