Michigan is Booming. Detroit is Recovering. Like a boxer knocked down, survived the count, and now going on to take the Title – the Best Real estate Investment destination one could make this day! From a cold calling Salesman in my freshman years to a Statistics Assistant lecturer to an Investment Banker (with an MBA degree) with a Top 10 consulting firm in a few short amazing years. I worked hard 20+ years in Banking and Treasury. Climbing the Corporate ladder and thinking that was Success. Only to realize that the Ladder was leaning on the wrong wall!

We buy nice brick properties which are below market, distressed, auction listed, under-managed and foreclosed properties, in good locations, fix them up to rent ready standards, and then lease the property to long term qualified tenants.
Our well established ‘boots on the ground’ Property Team consists of Inspectors, Contractors, Property Managers to Project Managers ensure that the Process of Buying, Managing and Renting is as efficient as one can get.
Recently purchased example for an investor – Colonial brick in a B+ neighborhood, $36,000 Purchase price (with Warranty Deed & Title Insurance) with a tenancy in place at 900 per month in Rents.
