In March 2014 I began working as a Buyers Agent at PROPERTYOLOGY and am now currently the Head of Property Acquisitions.

PROPERTYOLOGY are leading property market analysts and Buyer's Agents. We work exclusively with property investors and assist with the purchase of high performing investment properties in strategically-selected locations Australia-wide.

My key responsibilities include;

- Recommending strategically selected investment locations, Australia-wide (licenced across multiple states)
- Researching, identifying and recommending suitable investment properties to astute investors
- Conducting an in-depth market appraisal of identified properties
- Negotiation of the purchase of the strategically selected property
- Assist with project management of the transaction through to settlement of the property including liaising with conveyances, brokers and building and pest inspectors
