First investment property

Hi All,

I am writing this to extend my thanks to this Forum.
We have just bought our First IP and that would not have been possible without this Forum.
I have mostly been a silent reader of Forum without much posts but would like to thanks a lot of people such as @Rolf Latham , Naveen ( @Soul ), @Wombat, @KayTea, @Leo2413
who have directly or indirectly helped in achieving the first step of our invsting journey.

But above all, I would like to thank @MsAli and @monalisa from Property Twins. Without their help, we would not have been able to do this.
Thanks guys for not only sharing your knowledge and helping at every step but also sharing your network of best professionals to get a lot of things finished on time.

Hope to give back to the Forum in the best possible way I can!

@ashish1137 Thanks Ashish. It's in North Moreton Bay Region. Will be more clear on numbers after rent and council rates. But should be near about 300 - 350 per month negatively geared.

That 'leap' is a little scary, but welcome. I'm not exactly sure how I managed to help (but I thinking reading some of my stupid questions, and then the experts' replies, probably helped educate you, too……..)
