Who to use to get a rebuild price for a house - insurance

    Family member lives in a very nice , upmarket house , east side north shore .

    Insured with QBE . They were having a conversation re including specific items and where told that qbe were going to be bringing in a limit for rebuild prices at 2 mill . Unlikely to cover the cost . Probably in the 3-4 mill range but

    Who would you use if you wanted to get a reasonably accurate value for a rebuild .

    Obviously they can go to another insurer , but having an accurate value would be a good start .
