Anyone used Property Education program by PK Gupta?

Many folks don't realize the cost of waiting to invest their capital into markets can have significant consequences. Many people want ' certainty' before pulling the trigger. It just doesn't exist.

I’m also in the FB group and from what I’ve seen and read it’s legit, have helped several peeps from the group extend their portfolios and once the dust settles in my current situation I will be doing the course, many BAs have done it

 

@Colin Rice it appears you have been on the forum for a while now and I assume you have been reading a lot too. What is pushing you to do the course? There are plenty of info here with hundreds of millionaire investors who shared their selection criteria and experiences. The fact that many BAs have done the course shouldn`t be seen as a positive thing from my point of view

 

If I see good reviews from people who have done the course, risked $6k and got results out of it, I'd put more weight to it than opinions of those who havent done it.

So far I've yet to see any bad reviews about the course from people who have done it.

Disclaimer: I've done it. Im happy with it. It saved me multiple months trying to learn things from different places. That alone is worth it from my perspective.
