    I'm selling my duplex pair in Clarkson that I had built

    This listing is for the 3 x 2 side which also has an additional living room upstairs. The other side is off-market but has a 4th bedroom instead of the additional living room.

    Catalina Estate in Clarkson is a great spot with easy access to the city via the train or freeway and close to the beach.

    Both are currently rented to great long term tenants so would suit an investor

    Hey Westminster, just wanted to follow up on this post and see how you went with the sell down period? did they achieve what you wanted and what did 'Days-on-market' look like?

    Hi James, I sold one last financial year and one this financial year. The first sold for $480k and the second sold for $570k - quite a difference in this fast rising market.
