Villas in Perth worth the investment?

    Hi all - Seems houses are now out of reach for me and everything seems over 600K. I’m now looking at villas or homes with smaller land.

    1. Are villas 3x1 good investment compared to apartments?
    2. Can I expect decent gains in terms of rent from villas compared to apartments or houses?

    South Perth near Rockingham. That’s still quite high considering the amount of work that needs to be put in to give it a cosmetic appeal and looks like quite a reasonable Reno is needed

    do whatever you can to get into the market... some of the older villas on larger plots can be insane value
