Separate titles v subdivision

    If a property of 10 acres has 6 separate titles can i buy a block with a title so the owner doesn't need to subdivide?

    You can but whether each or any of of those blocks comes with a building entitlement is another matter.

    most likely an Auto-Consol title
    can be separated via request to LRS (form 11R) (?)
    but as @Scott No Mates said, determine if the land has a dwelling entitlement
    things like the size of the land, and zoning history etc. may inhibit what you can do with that separate parcel.
