    Coalition looks to expand super for housing policy to include mortgage offset, Andrew Bragg says

    Interesting idea, on the surface it seems less likely to stoke property prices as a result, compared to say using super for a deposit. I wonder what caps there would be. 50k seems like a pittance.

    I like the idea, similar to Singapore.

    Every hard working citizen, who wants to own a home, should strive to own a home.

    The main problem is the fiat currency and central banks flawed policies that will make it decline perpetually. Australian pesos will decline more and more against realestate and everything else. Government and politicians shouldn’t criticise the housing affordability but rather address the elephant in the room.
