If bitcoin closes $68400 in next 30 minutes then the weekly candle will turn green. I think we have a chance.

One thing I've noticed is crypto in general often doesn't 'adhere' to my volume price analysis like stocks and currencies do. At least not to the same probabilistic extent. Though still to the extent I have an edge. The smart thing would be (for me) to not trade it. But I'm doing well so I'll keep going until I feel I have no edge on crypto.

Bullish hammer. But we didn’t close the week positive. Halving in less than a month away!

Except maybe Robert K's post about the "having" beats it:

People like him only buying 10 more Bitcoins? Before April? He should be buying 1000 bitcoins by April or at least 10 bitcoins/ day.

Hi @DanW , how do you see ETH performing against BTC in 6 months- 12 months time?

Normally the ETH/BTC ratio in a bull market moves between 0.05 and 0.08 so long term holders often swapped to ETH at 0.05 then back to BTC at 0.08. So far 0.05 is still looking like resistance, but for the majors there's more fundamental factors like ETF flows this time around.

Supply side ETH has negative inflation, but that's been there for over a year now and it hasn't had demand from speculators.
Demand side there is a lot of hate towards ETH being called the "Whales Chain" because of high transaction fees, combined with some whales actually pivoting to playing in meme coins this time to frontrun and dump on retail. Playing in meme coins usually means playing in Solana, because it's so easy to launch new coins constantly and the fees are dirt cheap so it attracts retail. UX is nice too.

If the ETH ETF comes and jacks up the price, people will stop hating on ETH pretty quick and suddenly the complaints about fees will dry up.

Besides the ETF, there is also "restaking" that will go live in the next few months. That can cause people to lock their ETH up, leverage it, lock again etc and cause a supply shock.

But fundamentals sometimes take months/years to have an effect in crypto vs the various manias that happen, so we can only guess not predict. Because of that, I hold all three BTC, ETH, SOL in about 20%, 50%, 30% and a separate portfolio for trading and shitcoins.

I closed my call options during the pump for a slight profit, wasn't happy with the ETF FUD getting worse and having a time limit on the bet so it was a good time to get my money back.

Increased bets on some AI, Gaming, BTC projects, and other shitcoins I've been holding. This is a scattergun approach as I can't do more than small research on them due to having so many: MATIC, RNDR,RUNE, AKT, ILV, ALEX, BIGTIME, MUBI, NEON, ORDS, TRAC, ETHFI. Good range of marketcaps from small to medium, only need a few to grow to pay for the rest. When bull market gets close to ending these have to be dumped first though.
