    1. Roof cleaning and paint - which colour do you recommend? I often see black/ dark grey in use these days but I would prefer some lighter color. How would 'scarlet ribbons' or 'velvet dream' shade here look on this roof?: Red Paint Colour Chart ā€“ Find Your Perfect Shade | Dulux. Also, I was randomly checking Dulux but which is a recommended value for money brand for roof paints.

    2. Apart from the above, which other quick updates would you recommend?

    3. Driveway and stairs at the front have PCC.. which coating/ tiles would you recommend?

    Thanks in advance!

Thoroughly agree with a clean and paint for the roof. Both those roof colours are going to be *extremely* vibrant on the roof. Have you considered a lighter grey, similar to the carport roof?

Have fun with the tiles! There are so many cool options. You could something that looks like Terrazo, or Travertine, or even Encaustic. It's hard to say from that photo alone what tile will really suit the whole house.

Maybe paint the front door to match the roof.

If you're trying to modernise and appeal to a wider audience then do not go with a red roof. I agree with the shale grey suggestion. Shale grey with white trimming will be nice.
