Did you read the bit about it being in a hall? The doorway at the top of the stairs has no door!

They are getting there. The need front bracing so I will be bolting the shelf frames to the door frame. That should do it. Then all I have to do is hang the doors. Not my favourite job

Well overdue for a nip and tuck and a face lift

Had to hire a 8 x 5 cage trailer to take away the green waste, lucky I had enough free shire passes to get the job done

We've now started on the interior and will do some landscaping

Hope I am doing this posting correct.. We demolished the old kitchen, removed a wall and put the new kitchen in. The one thing I struggled with was having no dishwasher for a few days.
Still heaps more to do, but the kitchen is working so I'm happy with that.

Wow was not expecting that configuration - did it make much difference to the light when you removed the window? And was it expensive to move the plumbing?

    New kitchen looks great.

51161388573__35273337-28D2-4021-BD06-17C936454E6A.JPG The kitchen above is from a display home, which had never been used. We somehow managed to fit it into the space. The sliding door, will be turned into louvred windows and the sunroom you can see behind the sliding door will be demolished and we will put a little courtyard.

We are working on a strict budget as we buy and sell. I should probably start a thread but I'm still learning how to use this website. We have a plumber in the family, which made it quite easy to change the plumbing around.

Wow!!!!! To all of these! Mine pales into insignificance, BUT, the brick paving out the back is finally complete, and I dug out a whole garden bed including a tree root which I had been gunna, gunna, do for, umm, a very long time, all out the front pending green waste collection. Still plenty to do but seeing real results. Did the gutters on the granny flat and could see a leak and corrosion on a valve for the solar water, the builders are coming back to fix it, really pleased I spotted it but I am a bit of a gutter vigilante, boom boom.

Been digging out garden beds all Easter!

I am broken! The pain! Over a tonne of dirt and still got a bit to do....

It's in a tricky spot so it all has to be done by hand.....

Also did 3 trailer loads of mulch
    20170415_100752.jpg

Mulch is awesome and you shouldn't be paying for the stuff. This was dumped by council after some clearing and once i was on the lookout for mulch i found a couple more piles. Plus gumtree has a number of tree loppers looking to offload mulch for free. ... but minimum 5-7 m3 usually! But when nurseries are charging $70+ pm it's worth hunting and getting for free!

Day and half of brushcutter work, my access to top paddock has been widened from 1m of overgrown blackberry back to its full car width. As its a 2m+ embankment on one side and a 70 degree fall off the other, my shoulders are still crying :(

Mulchnet do free mulch. Good stuff too, not like the nonsense I bought from a nursery. Not sure what states they cover though.

Coming along nicely, have my daughters 1st birthday here in 4 weeks. so hoping to let the kiddies loose on it without doing too much damage. Plenty of weeds through it which is to be expected but can take care of them once the lawn is thick and healthy.
