Hi all, what are you renovating this weekend? I'd love to see pictures of your adventures :)

I'll start - I'm doing the splash back in my bathroom.
Most of the reno had been done by trades but I did resurface the spa myself as well. Goodbye beige cramped hideousness!

That looks great Jess! What did you use for the resurfacing?
No reno projects this weekend - too busy with two lots of tenants leaving... our house is now full with the sheets, blankets, doonas and covers from five beds, all of which need washing :/

    Looking good jess!
Is the shower gone to make room for the double sink? Then shower over bath?

I'm doing a bunch of stuff and finishing nothing :D went to go for a bush walk, then started clearing out the kids stuff and organising gear for the next adventure. Was going to wire up a light but didn't

Then ended doubling the kids on the kid sized scooter, then threw some rocks down the hill, found some cool sticks and went on a little walk in the end :p

Yuck to washing! Thats not an adventure! Usually.
I just used the rustoleum tub and tile paint - the spa was also beige before :) @bob shovel that looks perfect - gorgeous day to be out and about! We put the shower over the spa to make room for the double vanity - it was so pokey before and the shower was badly planned - the door would bump the bathroom door so we decided to combine. So much more functional now. i was going to get rid of the spa but hubby said no, so to this was the compromise.

I'm on property chat while being paid to work by my employer does that count? Whay did you lose the beige? You'll regret that in 30 years time when it is back in fashion.

We had limestone poured on the side of the PPOR a few weeks back and that looks awesome now. Money well spent.

I was going to ask the same, did you resurface it yourself?
Is it a kit like White Knight?

Landscaping (most weekends lately!) lots of general jobs but most rewarding today was planting out some future big feature trees. A few examples below (what they will look like fully grown, mine are only small!) Now to kick back and in enjoy in 20 years!

Pink Trumpet tree, white trumpet tree, Bismark palm, canary island date palm...

Yep, I stuffed up the pics first time, took a minute to modify.

Yes, I love the Bismark palms too. Great example of a massive pair of these at the northern carpark entry to the Roma St parklands.

Really getting into the gardening/landscaping lately, it is good exercise (have let my gym membership lapse), adds value to the property, is therapeutic/clears your mind and you get a great sense of achievement watching things take shape over time.
