    Received the latest copy of Your Investment Property at the office today - when having a quick flick through I noticed a familiar face from the forums - David Traeger!(@D.T. )

    Congratulations David, it's good to see more people on the forum getting recognition for their persistence and effort.

    Thanks guys, I appreciate the kind words :)

    I've uploaded a copy of just the 4 pages I was involved in, but if you've seen the magazine you'll see its part of a much larger theme being cashflow vs capital growth. They've profiled me as the capital growth case study, wrote a bit about my investing journey / philosophy and listed the properties my better half and I own.

    Let me know what you think, I'll put my bullet proof vest on :cool:

    May as well subscribe at this rate ;) I think someone from PC (and before it, Somersoft) has been in YIP or API almost every month for some time.

    only thing i dont like is the you/your partner business, i think its a bit misleading..what you bought/did on your own, what was inherited via misses etc etc

    She's already told me - whats mine is hers and whats hers is hers. :p
    She wanted to remain anonymous though when the article was actually compiled a a couple months back.

    I think he's the "have your cake and eat it too" guy.

    I just had a flick through the full article and a snippet from me is there. Totally neutral response but I'm under "Cash flow fans" so...take it with a grain of salt ;)
