Yea it makes sense pinkboy. If you have done cert 3 and have experience and can prove it then why not do it.

Next 12 months plan to increase my net worth by hopefully at least another 2 mil via developments, renovations and organic growth.

Personal goals are simple. Continue to keep the wife happy. Happy wife, happy life.:D

    My next 12-18 months goals:

    Personal:

    • Engagement Party November 2015
    • Wedding December 2016
    • 2.5 weeks travel to US in December 2015 (LA, NYC, Vegas)
    • 3 weeks travel to Europe in July 2016 (England, France, Italy)
    • 1 week High Achievers Incentive trip to Thailand in March 2016 (company paid with partner)
    • Honeymoon in Maldives December 2016 (1-2 weeks TBC)
    • Move into PPOR December 2016
    Property:
    • Buy 2 more IP's by end of 2015
    • Buy minimum 2 more IP's in 2016 (this will bring our combined portfolio to 9IP + PPOR by our wedding in December 2016).
Really want to keep living life to the fullest and enjoy a really awesome time of life! Busy with wedding planning but also IP / travel planning.

    Kind regards,

Stop investing in residential property and never touch it again.:) After investing for 20 years and doing it good, It's time to go and make a change. Residential real estate is not giving good profits anymore like it used to (here or overseas).
Goal: find other means of investing and buy or build a PPOR in Perth and move there.

I absolutely hate that saying happy wife, happy life, it's seriously done like a dinner, time for a new one. :)

You may hate it, I may not even like it, but as long as the wife is happy, that's all that matters :p

    • Get a second puppy
    • Hmm, buy a Froothie blender
    • Shrink a bit for family wedding
    • Apply for citizenship
    • Plan for next year holiday

    Property:
    • Buy one IP by the end of 2015. If I like the Sunshine state, this potentially be future PPOR

Cheers MTR. The happiness of my wife is absolutely everything to me. She is my reason why I do everything I do. And I'm very blessed that she reciprocates.
