Best Movie-oh boy, this one is just too hard to answer. I'd probably struggle even with putting together my top 10.

TV Series- The Wire (even better on a second viewing). Honourable mention to 'Chernobyl' for best mini-series.

Absolutely great film. Special effects for 1986 hold up as impressive even today let alone for 1986, and Sigourney's hard as nails Ripley was believably tough and resilient in the very bleak setting (building on the trauma she went through in the first film).

Saw the new Jurassic Park movie on the w/end. Great cgi but prefered the first couple..the novelty value wears off.

I watched the entire series of The Serpent over the past few days --not someone you would want to run into selling gemstones..

Lilyhammer would be one of the best also from the norg mindset combined with New York street smart ..

There's a bunch of movies that I would rate extremely highly, but may not watch very often or necessarily again at all, but based of repeated viewings, and inclination to watch again (and again, and again, and again), it would have to be Spiderman into the Spiderverse. The style, characters, soundtrack, all just awesome.

TV Series, not sure, maybe Breaking Bad? Ive watched it through a couple of times and could do so again. Other series' that I've loved do not stand up to repeated watching so much.

If only it had a chance to run the full plot at the intended pace...

The Wire is a slow starter and the first 3 seasons you basically start all over again with new characters and plots etc.

Generally I've found if people get through the first 3-4 episodes in a season then you get hooked.
