    Was travelling through a South Eastern Melbourne "growth corridor" suburb yesterday, and had to stop at a set of lights.

    No; I didn't get car-jacked, thanks. :p

    So anyway; I'm looking around and spot a very large sign on the back of a building across the intersection, it read;

    "Landlords! At XYZ Real Estate company - we guarantee you will get your rent in 7 days!"

    I suspect that the level of rent default in this town is rather high....gotta buy new Moccasins and get a new Tatt, you know.

    If it was a dodgy suburb the sign would have been graffiti'd over.

    I have been travelling around Hobart in my new role recently and I cannot believe the police presence in other suburbs... In my suburb I can go months without seeing a cop car, the only times I do see them is because I bank near their station. In less desirable areas it seems seeing multiple patrols is the norm!
