    Come and do yoga with my running group in Epping this Thursday. It’s at the clubhouse at Epping oval, be there 6.20pm. Only $5.... note, the people in the group are not regular yoga people, so you need no yoga experience to join us. We are just people local to the area. Let me know if you are interested and I’ll let the organiser know.
    Obviously, I may get zero takers to this offer, but that’s ok!

    The people in the group are friendly and you might get new business contacts or simply get to know some other motivated locals. Many of the people in the group would be very well off property owners, but there are others who are really young (older teengers/ uni students) who are just amazing at running.

    If yoga is not your thing, that’s ok! Come along to the regular Thursday events where the participants run and do other similar activities.
