    Well done Steven. I will aim to pick up that edition and have a read. Nice prizes there for you also. The only way it could have been better for you was to have an all expenses paid return trip to the Bay area to visit Singularity University and meet a couple of our mutual heroes. Nevertheless I noticed a pre-loaded eftpos card in that prize suite, ergo you shall be shouting coffee next time. :D :D :D

    Congratulations and nice hair cut!

    You've been very generous with your stories when you purchase properties, so many of us have an idea of your portfolio - what have you done this year to be awarded such a great achievement?

    I'm familiar with your two units in Syd and your house in Bris... And your move to being a mortgage broker...

    Not taking anything away from your achievements, jut wondering if there is more to the story? (Obviously I haven't read the article).

    We'll all be saying when we're old and incontinent "I remeber that guy when he had a pony tail and was on the same interweb forum". Meanwhile Steven will be young and fit as he muscled in with the smart crowd and found the fountain of youth that us plebs can't touch!

    Well done @Steven Ryan . I haven't seen the article yet as I'm not a subscriber but from the nomination factors it looks like a good all round award - ie takes community, ethics etc into play which is great.
    I much prefer someone with a smaller portfolio wins than someone that bought 14 properties and the banks owns them all and they are negatively geared to the hilt.
