    Hi, Just thought you would like to know I just saw a really nice two-level house (dual living) with pool in Scarborough Qld, rent valued at $540 pw, let's call it $510 as agent might be a little bit out. It's $565,000 listed. (510 x 50 = 25,500 / 560,000 x 100) is 4.5% gross yield, with 2 weeks vacancy. Street not too bad and that area is in steady demand, around here anyway. Aim higher.
