Hi all I've been lurking on the forums for several months so about time I joined up. We have several residential investment properties in Melbourne and a couple interstate. Most now cash neutral or slightly positive (bad advice when I first got into the market meant we almost got stuck in the negative gearing debt trap, but we've seen the error of our ways!). We've also ventured into a commercial (office) property in our SMSF 2 years ago which has been doing ok until COVID-19 has reared its head and out tenant is now demanding a 3 month rent waiver which will leave us in a sticky situation. looking forward to tapping the collective wisdom of the group...
