I am curious about this as well but think its going to be like Cairns (casino to target middle class Chinese people) where they talk about it and no actions.

Not just landbanking. A lot of actual projects getting approved in The Entrance and Gosford.

They also engage a lot of local consultants which is good to see.

Have a masterplan a rezoning and a couple of apartments on the books at the moment.

The theme park is... Interesting. I have a lot of work in WSC at the moment and a good working relationship with Council at the moment so I'll leave it there.

If you think about it the trip from Wyong to Sydney is just abit over a hour (of course if its a smooth trip). Just travelling to some parts of Sydney may be take just about that! Could be good for the first home buyers who are priced out of the area in Sydney.

I found it funny when I read an article the other day about another first home owner whinging about how he was saving since he was 25 (now 31). First of all he didn't do anything about it for 6 years, the areas he wanted to buy in was just plain unrealistic, so his plan was going to fail anyway and really what more can I say? Expecting a handout?

I thought it's a theme park? It's a temple that they are going to build along with a theme park.
