Lol. Ps. I thought "kierank" was a interesting name so I patented it. However I am happy to licence it to you for purposes such as a forum name on a non-exclusive basis on payment of an exorbitant, annual royality fee.
I will say... I gave my loyal airbnb cleaner a whopping 10% pay rise today. Went from $50 to $55... What do we call that? Humanist?
agree, these Bayside suburbs ( Wynnum, Manly, Lota, down to Birkdale, Cleveland are very muc family friendly, nice areas. haven't been discovered by PC members yet. let's wait and see when it can be uncovered.
If you want a Sydney Harbour/ Sydney beachside home you're looking at 3 mill plus. Brisbane? ~500k+. So i've got a contract for a house in a beachside suburb in Brisbane right now... 250m stroll to beach....
Not necessarily . We bought 3 in Manly and Wynnum From late 2013 . Brisbane suburbs - 400-500k 2014 Why don't Brisbanites like Sangdate/Brighton? Cliff
@See Change, you are well ahead of most of us, let alone the general public. i actually read your above posts before I bought mines. Your posts are always informative and educational. loved it. hope you can post more.
Some mates of my Wife just bought one property in the hill high section just off constellation drive in Wynnum ,they were looking for over three months and missed out on several ..2 level high-set brick-tile maybe just above 700sqm's large pool massive living area's both levels they paid with legals stamps pests and build just under 900k and as both are Indian they had a bollywood fancy dress house warming party last friday night and just after the belly dancers finished the party started..
We've also got 3 in the area; 2012, 2013 & last in 2015. The last was purchased a yr ago Oct2015 for 401K (on RHS of Rail), and just last week the house across the road (identical in just about most respects) sold for 462K. Mine was also renovated inside so the upside is probably a tad more. Pretty happy!
