How do you know it isn't a con?
    There's no guarantees in hospitality.
I imagine repeated attacks in France are not helping revenue.

    Safer options:
If you want to invest in a hotel/motel buy one you can see.

Or invest in shares in a hotel group.

    Note on entering the site

So presumably high risk ventures or yes could be a con. Eyes wide open stuff

The slightly-off grammar suggests to me the website was not made or commissioned by anyone in the UK. "Only 1.3m. raise" . Presumably this is not supposed to mean "Only 1.3m raised so far" so I guess it is supposed to mean "we only need to raise 1.3m" or "only 1.3m worth of investment opportunity available". Either way the grammar/sentence is slightly off.

Which usually (though not always) indicates a con. They want to target the kind of demographic that will not notice and weed out those that will (not an easy target).
