Sent to a Fairfax journalist. Been doing the rounds on social media. Staggering.

Have taken pic off as Domain doing a formal write up. Will link it shortly.

See tweet here though: Jill Stark on Twitter

is it legit and verified as being from that person?

If not, you'd want to be careful about libel. Great way to destroy someone's reputation.

I wish. A Domain team member called him and he basically said it's his freedom of speech. Which is fair enough. It was sent to another reporter in regards to the Safe Schools debate currently raging.

Not surprised at all. These views are out there in many religious and political groups.

    Can't understand the relevance.
    More context?
How does being gay or religious compromise a school's safety?

Okay so the guy is basically a more ignorant, bogan version of Pauline Hanson. Should be ignored, clearly wanting attention.

Utterly appalling. He needs to understand how to use an apostrophe, to appropriately capitalise proper nouns (and when not to). There shouldn't be a space between the word and the comma and he doesn't appear to even know the difference between a comma and a full stop. What the heck is, "nned"? I expect this rubbish from kids, but not from a supposed professional business person.

The sentiment is pretty f'd up as well.

This is something I'm struggling to understand. How does someone that is incapable of presenting an argument in a concise, precise, and logical way able to run a business that, presumably, depends on being organised and able to communicate clearly and effectively?

And if he is that transparent with his world views, how many clients would he retain?

    Cheers,
    Inertia.

See, this is where you've gone wrong - assuming that agents are organised and able to communicate clearly and effectively.

In my experience, the ones who can do that are the ones who are already in the top 5% of their profession precisely because they can do exactly that.

The others don't even bother returning calls or emails and then wonder why they don't make any money or get new listings

Being gay doesn't compromise a school's safety. It was decided by the Labor government that an anti-bullying policy should be drawn up for schools. SafeSchools program was conceived with no input from child psychologists or child experts. It was lead by trans ideology, which bases itself on gender ID politics. Under the guise of teaching empathy and anti-bullying, queer theory is being pushed on to our children. Eleven year olds are being made to role-play being in same-sex relationships and having no genitalia. Breast binding and tucking are taught. There are a range of people/groups opposed to SafeSchools program, many for different reasons. Everyone agrees with an anti-bullying program. It's the method that's under question.

    Thanks @BigKahuna.
    No input from child psychologists?
I've noticed of late (last 8 years or so), that government policies with no meaningful, supportive research/ studies behind them are being ratified.
Even though I'm 32, I've not the hindsight to understand if this has always been the case or if it's a new phenomena due to the current political environment.
    What's going on?

Hi Jake. I don't know what's going on. I suspect it's about getting the vote, and not about making policies based on research and facts that will actually help people. Most of the public--especially the Left, which I'm so disillusioned with at the moment--buys into what's trendy. At the moment it's neoliberalism, civil liberties, libertarianism, third wave queer theory, gender ID politics. Bloody hell, some gender IDers are even pushing to normalise paedophilia. I wish people would think critically about some of these things being foisted on the public.
