Wow, kudos to My property manager

    making reference to my thread about this issue, about water charges not being followed up for over a year
    Water Usage not paid for a year

    I was initially very annoyed by my PM, saying nothing more can be done because theyve just sent them warning letters/sms/email etc

    I contacted the director and explained the situation and whether they were aware,

    over the next few days, I believe the director and the PM went to the property and explained of the consqueneces which included, eviction, black list, tribunal,

    and presto, a payment plan was arranged,

    theyve missed one payment, which they fixed, and the agency has been strict and even declined a one day delay on payment,
    so far theyve paid 60-80% of the arrears

    obviously, its not over yet,

    but I am very happy with the director, and the efforts they went to,

    I am starting to have a much more positive image of property managers,

    there are some gems amongst many bad ones!

    Good to get it resolved.
    However, it should never have been allowed to get to that stage.
