Would you rather be 10yrs old with what you know now or be 55 with $3m?

Its funny how much emphasis we put on age when we're younger....every year counts whereas when you're older, being 70 or 80 is almost inconsequential (to other people around you anyway)

Point is, whether you know stuff at 10 or 30 makes no difference. Taking action is by far the most important element. I see plenty of people of different ages with all the knowledge in the world but end up in the same place years later.......either too risk adverse, analysis paralysis, too much excuses or unwillingness to step outside their comfort zone. Another interesting thing I've noticed, especially after this crazy boom we've had, are people who see others being successful and become caught up in a should've would've could've mindset hence lose drive altogether

Its all mindset and attitude imo...age is really nothing
