    I got one there..it will continue to do well due to affordability. More when the Ballarat line is fully operational...in terms of the upgrade.

    its coming, dont worry, china is the world factory, but in my very cheap 2 cents, its probably juts a blip and its a buying opportunity,


    property are so 'local' unless it hits australia, it probably wont affect our markets much, but if it does, it also shouldnt because no one is buying nor selling ,supply and demand ?
