    Is this is relation to cash we have in our offset or if we were to access the equity and as some have suggested? Just so I know why it's being recommended to me? Thank you

    Just thought it would be a good read for you.
    It just explains the danger of borrowed funds in offsets that's all:)

    My bad. Should have been clearer. Borrowed funds from equity releases as suggested earlier but I think the other posters covered it now.

    Good luck to the OP. I'm not in a too dissimilar position to you and have been wondering the same.

    Difficult to balance between being aggressive yet sensible whilst accumulating.
