    Totally agreed.

    Always factoring exit strategy, even you never thought of selling now.

    At hot market, people paying top $$$ buying on the busy main road, under the flight path, next to cemetery.....etc, just because they worry missing the boat. When the unforeseeable event happen in life, people selling these type of properties at heavy discounted price at depressed market.

    As long as you thought about the exit strategy, I don't think there is anything wrong with buying above the tunnel.
