Do you know a suburb that isn't performing?
    Do you think it's undervalued?
Does the reason not make logical sense?
    Could there be an opportunity?

    Share it in here!

With the current boom market do you know a suburb not yet driven up by the ripple affect?

I was looking at Hammond Park in WA for a mate recently and there seems to be a huge over supply there for property even in the current market.

Compare that to the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, where I just saw a 1 bedroom unit get bought at 250k at auction, a complete empty shell. You could have bought a liveable one 9 years ago under 190k.
