Astute, as in ‘a property for the astute buyer’ used in real estate ads.

A very old term for custom-made, i.e, clothing, particularly men’s suits.
    Common usage was “Bespoke Tailor”.

It's becoming more common. Beer, carpentry, dental ... shouldn't all dental work be "bespoke"?

We have a local bespoke bicycle shop. That's appropriate.

Can't do this, can't do that. When I hear people use this word a lot it shows their thoughts. I tell my children there is no such word!

STCA. Agents will literally write anything then add STCA. You can literally create your own country on this block of land (STCA)

Kevin always says "bespoke" so eloquently on Grand Designs.

Mr and Mrs Angel introduce their 21st Century bespoke camper - It was hand crafted from their own original design. Fine woodgrain panels offset several dynamic checker plate metal features. Three soring roof panels blend naturally into the lush south east Qld countryside, the green of the canvas complements the eucalypt forest on the horizon as the sun sets peacefully in the west.

Sorry, gotta go to work now.....

In recent time, this word irks memost "Hampton".
Seems anything and everything can have that name, not just houses.
Search Gumtree or Facebook Marketplace, even pendant lights and garden bench can be branded as "Hampton"
    Urgh!!!
