Wooden Floor installation - Sydney

    Hi

    Have two apartments i would like to replace carpet and install some form of wooden flooring into. These are

    Rozelle - rental. Has two spaces, a lounge area 15m2 and bedroom 12m2 (rest is tiles)
    Lanecove - rental but now a PPOR, full area totalling 65m2.

    Was hoping to get some insights on
    • what's a good type of wooden flooring I should use (vinyl, laminate, hybrid, etc)
    • Does anyone have a good store/installer they recommend
    • anything else I should be aware of?
