To defend my point that Wollongong is not a regional area, Property Observer today have stated that the postcode 2500 is NSW's 3rd largest city and was one of the most searched suburbs during 2015 on rent.com.au. So to all my detractors
Many (and even a rare minority on this site) who believe that investments further than 15km from Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne are regionals.
If it is regional it's doing quite well haha I'm glad I purchased there last year when opting out of the red hot Sydney market, some good buys to be had down there.
