Wobbling wall - SA - recommendations?

    I own a 1960s investment property and there has been movement in it since I bought it. The cracks that were only cosmetic for a while have got a lot worse, and now one of the walls literally moves!
    I’m figuring my options are: repair, demolish and rebuild (more tricky as it’s a duplex), or sell as is.

    Has anyone had any experience in this area? Any success in shoring up a subsiding house, or am I throwing good money after bad?

    I’m also very interested if anyone has any recommendations for builder/underpinners in Elizabeth SA!
