    Have to admit the roads are terrible and to drive from the hills area to Parramatta in peak time traffic is a killer. Some mornings, it's taking close to 1 hour in duration. Not going to help with many more high rises being constructed.

    Though riding could be unsafe because of the other vehicle drivers, I think motorcycle is the way to go, at least it would be faster.

    Are there certain streets which are more desirable in Baulkham Hills? Or do people just go by school catchment areas, since good schools seems to be a major appeal for young families.

    Anyone monitoring the market there at the moment?

    The castle hill side is typically more desirable.
