Windsor/Wilston/Grange property manager recommendations?

    Hi all

    Has anybody had any good experiences with their property manager, who they'd recommend for a house in the Windsor/Wilston/Grange area?

    The present ones don't seem to have paid much attention to the condition of the property and I'm not convinced of their efforts in finding tenants

    Hey Mat, I can recommend Nick from Edge Property. 3395 7814.

    Nick has to be the most knowledgeable Property Manager in Queensland and he's great to deal with. I wouldn't recommend anyone else.

    ... Just make sure to mention I sent you, I figure if any more of your PC members head over his way, he'll owe me a very nice lunch!
