    Just wanted to say hello,was over on the other site for a while,saw so many comes with new ideas
    who are still to pay for those low risk opportunity risks,property is only one part of the mix,but property gave me the time to be a full time home dad,for the past 14 years,maybe it will happen to you..

    Not sure as I only read Jan's books in 2000, started with 4k saved then bought a large block of land that faced the gold coast that had been on the market for several years that most people would not get out of the agents car to look at in 1983 on Melbourne cup day,developed that over several years,sold that then bought several cheap house blocks below 10k,and put a removal house on each one in a Brisbane valley towns,inbetween bought in inner Brisbane 30 years ago back then the locations were inner city industrial,andnot always as safe as today,then learnt what compounding means once you see it work and keep working,plus the big one is marry the right person and be a good listener..imho..
