Look for "small is the new big" on facebook. Ian Ugarte runs the program. Its all about affordable rentals in all states of Australia, but also profitable for the individual putting the deals together. A win for you (high cashflow), wins for the individuals needing affordable housing and a win for society. Ian has strategies (and all legal) for this segment market.

If you want an idea of the basic strategy, the thread by @NHG - about HMO's comes from Ian's program.
And you can do his course. The good thing is the facebook group and opening of the mind to other options.

Anyway, look at the program if you want more affordable housing in Australia, and look at Ian's facebook (This only scratches the surface of what he goes into) and @NHG's thread on PC.

Don’t know anything about this guy but he comes across as very spruikerish.

Unless I was running a charity business, then no I wouldn't either. I work hard to achieve what I have, and want to protect that as best I can.

It's entirely up to you whether you decide to be in or not. But it is a way to make money and create homes for people needing affordable accommodation. Everybody wins.

By the way, you can learn or do that same without being in that community. But it would be quite a lot harder - call it a support network.
