Well we made several financial mistakes which cost us hundreds of thousands (if not million) of opportunity cost  And yes apartment in western sydney was one of them
But hey we refinanced at peak, debt recycled into brisbane  currently positively geared.
At peak, it would have been 570k. Now 480k at best but needs few thousands touching up.
Current tenants are leaving the unit in 4 weeks (leaving greasy kitchen and dirty bathrooms) so we are seriously considering of selling it.
House prices are crazy atm, will unit prices follow? anyone got a crystal ball?

Sure the gap between units vs houses is around 50%, which will be fixed in due course say in 12-18 months IMO once buyers find cannot buy houses lets move to units/townhouses

Can’t predict a big boom for it, sorry. Loads of units around.

Have to agree. Perhaps slowly chug along, but I really don't see big movement in unit prices there for awhile. It's really a housing market area.

But anything is possible . Just unlikely.
