    How many would you like?
    I've posted in a lot of detail 2 from my own personal portfolio, a house that made 30k during settlement and a development that made 23%
    Nemo posted a property she made 80k on
    DaveM posted about a property he's made 40k organic CG on since January.
    Lots of people have posted about others in the 3 main Adelaide threads on Where to Buy forum. I suggest you give them a read so you can come back with educated questions.

    Ahh NB... Nathan Birch. Mr random number generator himself. I am not sure if he has bought in Adelaide, maybe he could let us know? But he's probably too busy posting about helping the homeless in ironical videos from inside his $300,000 bentley. He is the pillar of honesty and transparency in a world of deception and lies and half truths and ulterior motives, that you blindly support?

    Yes they should. However I have nothing to spruik, unless you need an ultimate burger meal?

    I have not read DT post , figures should be determined at the end of project, including all costs ie gst, tax etc... the figures could be totally different at the end. I am a developer and figures are just that, they are not real because markets can change, this is a guesstimate only.
    Give me real figures today, like what you did, you did not sell, accessed equity but it actually happened

    I dont worry about stats because they are rubbery at best, we need to look at what is happening now/today because that's all we know and how we can make the best decision today. That is howI operate supply vs demand, it's worked for me. Stats vary so much depending on who collected these and criteria, not useful

    keeping tabs, I think we are at 2 now, or is it 3??? not sure, hehe...so this is how you spend your time, good luck there will certainly be more keep me posted on numbers, not something I worry about, certainly something that interests you, keep going.     I am not anti property investing.

    I'm not saying money can't be made in the Adelaide market, I am just giving my view on where it's at in the property cycle.

    As for facts, your posts in this thread have been lacking in that department, understating the Holdens workforce remaining and then trying to make it look like we had 2500 shipbuilding jobs on the way in the near future :rolleyes:

    How am I understating it? Are you saying my cousin is unaware of how many work mates he has? Or how many weeks redundancy payment he's up for? Holden is not going to be missed one iota, mark my words.

    How many rentals have you bought in the past 5 yrs? 0. And the one you were considering was a unit in mawson lakes which is probably the worst investment possible. I don't think you should be giving any investment advice.
