VIC Why this house sold so low

    All said and done, this is one of the rare properties that I have come across selling 15% higher then the asking price in recent times

    Other then sentiment, can’t find a single reason why someone would pay that price

    My wifes father works in the industry.(Power generation)
    He is a nuclear physicists. He advised highly against buying next to HV power lines.
    He gave reasoning he also believed Australia's regulation alowing building so close should not be legal. He advised the code in many countries would prevent this.

    Well if you follow the area close enough these ones also went well above. Very hot desirable glen waverley pocket in Brentwood sec school zone
