    you know @Perthguy ....honestly...if Australian RE all over crashes ( and i dont believe it will ) then it crashes. At least we're giving it a red hot go at investing for our futures. I dont know any better way to give my family a better shot at achieving our goals. We look forward to the rewards but accept responsibility for the risks and won't whine or blame anyone or any institution if things go dramatically pear shaped 1 day. This is the song of life my friend :)
