Closed Why promote doom and gloom?

    We have seen at least 3 property boom cycles since 2013 its hard not to be positive if you purchased in these markets;)

    Life has its ups and downs, people die, etc. Doom and gloom is not a necessity.

    I get it of course. Sometimes a dose of reality in investing can be good. A balanced approach is required in a market with many markets.

    I have seen it and I haven't clicked on it. I don't think it will discourage others from joining.
