Why oDo full time developers sell everything?

    I will most likely sell atleast 1 and keep the rest, depends on at that time and situations with cash flow. Soon as I am done with this one probably look at buying another land, exciting stuff.... I know it's little slower than most, but rather to have a steady pace for now, until our little flower blossoms and then we'll probably go harder

    So far, I've developed and kept everything.

    My view is that too much value is lost when you sell. If you sell in the first year, you pay profit tax, plus gst via margin scheme. That is about 36% of the profit you've given to the tax man, if you don't have any losses to offset against.
